No-hole Mounting Bracket
A no-holes mounting bracket is normally used to attach the cradle of your Hands Free Car Kit to your dashboard. No holes are required to be drilled because existing hidden holes are usually employed to secure the bracket, and hence no unsightly holes are left in the vehicle trim if the bracket is ever removed. The bracket is vehicle specific and can be use to accommodate a wide range of different cradles.
Console Mounts
Console mounts are available for a wide range of vehicles, covered in leather or leatherette to match the interior trim of the vehicle. These can be installed without damage and offer an OEM look which is colour coordinated to the vehicle.
Internal Strip Antenna
The internal strip antenna is the type most often requested. It is attached to the inside of the windscreen and transmits through the glass, no holes being necessary. Suitable for the vast majority of vehicles, although certain vehicles which are fitted with screens with a metallic-based tint may require an alternative solution. Please ask for further details.
Tax Disc Antenna
The tax disc antenna offers similar features to the strip type above, and is a direct replacement for the original tax disc holder in the vehicle.
Antenna Roof and Glass
Panel mount and external glass mount aerials of various types are available for vehicles to which it is not possible or practical to fit an internally-mounted antenna, ie commercial vehicles or those with heavily-tinted windscreens. Petrochemical-carrying vehicles require a special intrinsically-safe antenna to minimise potentially dangerous situations developing when operating in certain environments, more information on this subject can be supplied on request.
